1.1 Definitions & Scope

These Terms apply to all services provided through the 444cb platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, card games and other recreational gaming activities. "Platform" refers to the 444cb website, mobile application and all related digital services.

The information you provide at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or incorrect information may result in cancellation of your account, in which case any funds in the account may be forfeited. Each individual may operate only one account.

2.3 Account Security

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 444cb platform is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other scheduled banks). Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 5–30 minutes. Your account must be verified and any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is considered fraudulent, related to money laundering or otherwise suspicious, 444cb reserves the right to cancel or suspend that transaction and investigate the account. We may be required to notify the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 444cb will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from the welcome bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. The wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not the original deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of bonuses or promotions (such as creating multiple accounts, placing coordinated bets or taking advantage through any manipulation) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed. Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period, which will be stated in the details of the relevant offer.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 444cb platform are conducted in a fully fair and transparent manner. All outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If any player attempts to influence game outcomes or uses any software tool, their account will be closed immediately.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server outage, disconnection or other technical issues, 444cb will make the best decision regarding refunding the bet amount for that game or restarting the game. 444cb's decision on this matter will be considered final.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply when placing bets on all sports events including cricket, football and kabaddi. If any match is abandoned, suspended or cancelled before the scheduled time, 444cb will make a decision in accordance with standard sports betting practice. 444cb is not responsible for discrepancies arising from internet delays in live betting.

6.1 Tiers & Benefits

444cb's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%) and Diamond (up to 1.2%). It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular play.

6.2 VIP Benefit Terms

Specific conditions apply for receiving VIP cashback and other benefits. 444cb reserves the right to change the structure, benefits or terms of the VIP program at any time. Any VIP benefits may be cancelled in the event of a breach of terms.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 444cb platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party;
• Using any software, bots or automated methods to influence game outcomes;
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors;

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If involved in any of the above prohibited activities, 444cb reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, forfeit all funds in the account, and take applicable legal action.
